We’ve made it easy for you to track your order’s delivery date with our countdown timer and delivery date feature on all products. If your order includes items with different delivery dates, we’ll go with the latest one for the whole order.

Need something sooner? Just place separate orders for those items and opt for our “express” delivery. Keep in mind, there’ll be a delivery charge for each order.

In general, we would like all artwork supplied in CMYK colour with 3mm bleed but please click on the artwork tab on the product you would like to purchase for any further details. If you need any help please email or call us.

On checking out, you will have an option to upload via our website.  Alternatively you can send it by email to info@ks-print.co.uk or any large file transfer site if you prefer. Please include your order number (found on your order confirmation email and portal) when sending artwork.

Most orders will be shipped by courier, on a next day service. We use APC or TNT and you will be notified the day your item leaves us.

If you’ve missed the cut off time on our website please call us on the phone to see whether we can help.

The size we can print varies by product. Our largest machine will print up to 2.5m x 20m in one piece, with no joins. We are able to create larger products if required, please contact us to discuss specifications.

Yes, we can offer significant discounts on most of our products. Please get in contact if you would like a quote on a bulk order.

It’s no problem if you can’t supply print ready artwork. We offer a design service starting at £5.00 per design. Please email or call us with details of your requirements. We need to know whether you have high res images and logos to use and whether you have an idea of the layout/colours you would like.
